This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from other websites. Its fonts and images are served from this site.

Like most websites, our web servers (Amazon CloudFront) keep standard access logs: your IP address, the page requested, the time and your browser's user agent. We use these logs only to keep the site running and secure.

When you contact us

The contact form sends us your name, email address, company, list size and message. We store them in our own AWS account and send ourselves a notification email through Amazon SES. We use them only to reply to you and to follow up on your request, and we don't sell or share them. We keep them until you ask us to delete them.

When you use Rhino Relay

Your contacts are stored only in your own AWS account. We process them on your behalf, only to provide the service, such as sending your campaigns, as our processing details describe. Your console users' email addresses and your account's details are stored by us in the United States, and messages to our support address go through Google Workspace. The security page explains how that's enforced and how you can check it.
