Rhino Relay is provided by Supervillain Software Group. Which terms apply depends on how you buy it.
Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace
When you subscribe through a public offer on AWS Marketplace, your subscription is governed by the Standard Contract for AWS Marketplace, which AWS publishes, including its Data Processing Addendum. Your fees appear on your AWS invoice.

Private offers
If we agree terms with you directly in a private offer, they're the terms of your offer, signed by both of us. To ask for a private offer, contact us.
Your data
We process your contacts' personal data only on your behalf. The details the Data Processing Addendum asks for, how we handle international transfers and our CCPA commitments are on our processing details page.
Your sending
Under the Standard Contract you're responsible for the consents and notices your contacts need (section 7.2.2), and you mustn't use the service to send spam (section 7.1.1). Your sending goes through your own Amazon SES, under your own agreement with AWS. We may suspend sending under section 7.1.3.
